Includes A4 insert with biographical information. The inner sleeve is rubber stamped on both sides. Limited edition of 250 numbered copies in rough cover (printed inside/out). The second 250 of 500, this without 7". In memoriam Michael Köhler (1946-2005) Thanks to Nicholas for his kind permission and Angela Koehler for providing the tapes and to Johannes Ullmaier & Peter Briefs for advice and support.
