The track "Amsterdam" was recorded during J&Y's first bed-in in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The heartbeats heard in the track "John & Yoko" are, indeed, J&Y's heartbeats, recorded on 22 April 1969 in Studio Two, EMI Studios, London. The recordings were later remixed into stereo and re-made.
