The first release (limited to 15,000 copies) included a promo 7" EP (plain paper sleeve, Virgin white label with red diagonal stripe) including an early fade of track D1. "SP" in label matrices and SRC logo stamped in runouts denotes [l=Specialty Records Corporation] pressing. Remainder of runouts etched. Issued with printed inner sleeve with lyrics and credits.
