(BMI) An Index Record Released through International Record Syndicate, Inc. Manufactured and distributed by A&M Records, Inc. ℗ & © 1980 Index Records Some with shrink-wrap sticker Some came with a printed lyric insert. After I.R.S. had bought the Index label they re-issued it and used gold printing on parts of the dog statue.
