Black 12", comes in black disco sleeve with orange sticker at the bottom left corner "only for promotion - public propaganda". Plain white inner sleeve. Comes with A4 b/w printed sheet of paper, which contains information about the band and their debut album. The label reads 33 but it's in fact 45 rpm.
