Cat# appears as "SAX 025" on spine, back and label, but as "SBX 025" on the catalog. Track A4 appears as "Kneel And Buzz" on the back sleeve and "Kneel & Buzz" on the record's label. Track B2, "Bee Head", is a different version of the song than the ones which appear on the "[m=514696]" releases by [a98073].
