Box was published in three editions: - H.C. (no'd 1-10) with signed works (see description deluxe edition below) and additional pieces by Degottex (S8 film) and Roy Adzak for Revue AXE 1, a S8 film by Dufrêne, an original piece by Plessi, a signed text by Maurice Benhamou and signed covert art by René Guiette for Revue AXE 2, a S8 film (Beaubourg Dernier Musée) by Gysin and an original work by Heidsieck for Revue AXE 3. - deluxe edition (no'd 11-130) with signed works. - regular edition (no'd 131-500). The following description applies to the deluxe edition of 120 copies. Cardboard slipcase with the word "AXE" on the spine contains all three volumes of "Revue Axe" magazine. Revue AXE 1 (10 April 1975) contains loose-leaf contributions from Degottex (signed), Henri Chopin/Brion Gysin (split-7"), Lic J.P. Schelfhout (signed), Ung No Lee (signed), Eduard Ball & Guy Schraenen, Bernard Heidsieck, Bram Bogart, Mirtha Dermisache, Niko Van Daele and Paul van Ostaijen. A sticker on the B-side of the record reads that an upgrade of the barely audible Gysin material will be released on the single with Revue AXE 2 ["Suite à une erreur de gravure, la face B de ce disque de Brion Gysin est inaudible. Une nouvelle gravure paraîtra dans le n°2 de la revue AXE.]. Revue AXE 2 (28 November 1975) contains loose-leaf contributions from René Guiette (signed), Plessi, Esmeraldo (signed), Gysin/Dufrêne (split-7"), Hugo De Clercq, Antoine de Bary (signed), Maurice Benhamou and Bernard Heidsieck. The A side of the record contains a piece from November 1970. The B side of the record contains the re-cut version of the Gysin side from issue 1 ["Suite à une errreur de gravure, la face consacrée à Brion Gysin du disque paru dans le n° 1 de la revue AXE fut inaudible. La face B du présent disque en est la nouvelle gravure."] Revue AXE 3 (18 December 1976) contains loose-leaf contributions from Brion Gysin (signed), Arrigo Lora-Totino (signed), Sten Hanson (7"), Klaus Ritterbusch, Jo Delahaut, Françoise Mairey (signed), John Giorno and Bernard Heidsieck. Sides A, B, C and D play at 33 RPM. Sides E and F play at 45 RPM.
