No USA promo pressing exists, but some copies have a gold promo stamp and/or radio timing sticker on the cover. Includes a printed inner sleeve. Catalog number 7 90095-1 appears on spine. Catalog number 90095-1 appears on labels, back cover and inner sleeve.
