Compilation LP of early Residents material licensed from Ralph Records to the then recently fledged Virgin Records company. The LP was initially called [r=2659044] when released on Ralph Records. It was made available in UK (this one), Europe (Ariola Benelux) and Australia / New Zealand (Missing Link / RTC) with a different cover and title: "Nibbles". The track listing is the same. Pressing of 5000 copies. Some with Virgin price sticker on top left front cover (VR3 - The Residents - R.R.P. - £3.20). All titles published by Pale Pachyderm except: "Gloria" Carlin Music Corp. / Hyde Park Music Co, "Good Lovin'" Carlin Music Corp. ℗ 1979 Virgin Records Ltd. © 1979 Cryptic Corporation Made in England Catalogue number 'VR3' on back cover and 'VR 3' on labels.
