This release has unprinted white labels. Some copies came with an info sheet. Release date :06/06/89 UK distribution:Pinnacle The info on the release sheet refers to the commercial release, probably [r=111002] (the "pre-release" which didn't actually precede any other edition). The credits and titles come from that release. It is unknown how many white labels exist, but at least 10, possibly as many as 25 copies were sent along with the info sheet to [l=EFA]. The EFA rep made copies of the info sheet and added an EFA logo sticker + handwritten "MS 17390-02" reference number for the commercial release.
