500 copies were pressed. Approximately 350 came with this 7" x 14" folded cardstock picture sleeve, which has lyrics printed on the inside. Approximately 100 had [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/10047876]alternate packaging.[/url] Some copies sold at shows and via mail order included a large square sticker insert, screen-printed with glossy ink. Pressing plant derived from runout information.
