Third version with combined 'Dwed Wecords'/Fallout A-side label and Fallout-manufactured [second] sleeve. Modified runouts. Label: "DWED WECORDS" in large type on re-designed Side A label (also "©1981 Dwed Records") but lacking the original "SMT-008" catalog number. New catalog number "FALL LP 006" with "Manufactured & Distributed by" above a small "FALL OUT" logo. Cherry Red publishing credit at bottom. Sleeve: Fallout-manufactured sleeve with high-contrast photo of singer 'Monkey' in a bowler/derby hat. "FALL LP 006" and licensing information are shown in the black border of the back sleeve. The original paper inner-sleeve for this version has "MADE IN ENGLAND R.S. 1-85" manufacturing date printed on bottom. An otherwise identical version was released with a red sleeve.
