Limited edition of 108 copies including the regular edition of "Piano Bar" (which includes a menu brochure) plus exclusive LP "For Drummers Only". Packaged in a hand made wooden box which is painted black and screen printed on 4 sides. Also included in the box are: - one glass ash tray - ten pulp board coasters - eight wooden nickels - one stack of beverage napkins - sixteen matchbooks - ten drink stirrers - two combination lighter / bottle openers - eight condoms - one stainless steel flask - one 1.5oz shotgun shell shooter - three cocktail demons - one numbered VIP card all of which (except the cocktail demons) are specially imprinted for this release.
