Artist name "Spizzoil" on cover, "Spizz Oil" on labels. Also, title is "6,000 Crazy" on cover but appears without the comma on the label. This is the version with "Copyright Control" at 9 o'clock on B-side label. Another very similar version but without the anti-slip ring is here [r8458041]. Versions crediting Orwell - Endwell/Chappells Music Ltd or Blonde Reed also exist.
