Spandau Ballet · 1982 · Vinyl-12-Inch-4 · GB · C BOX 1353, CBOX 1353

Limited edition 4x12" box version of the album "Diamond". Each 12" is housed in its own paper sleeve. A color poster and lyric sheet were also included in the box. Tracks A to E are extended versions compared to standard album. Tracks F to H are slightly different to the standard album versions in that they are not segued together (for obvious reasons). They are also slightly extended with longer intros and outros. "Innocence And Science" is also lacking the water, drums and panting sound effects found at the start and end of the standard version. Sides F(6) G(7) H(8) track times are printed on labels as this: 6 Pharaoh 6:35 7 Innocence And Science 4:15 8 Missionary 7:15 But are actually timed as such: Pharaoh 6:43, Innocence And Science 4:29, Missionary 7:31 The only tracks that were otherwise issued on a single were: - A: the 8 minute "Chant No. 1 (Re-Mix)", an extended version of the original, which was later included as a track B1 on the UK 12" of "Instinction". - E: the extended version of "She Loved Like Diamond", which is identical to the UK 12" A-side of the same name. The rest of the remixed cuts were unique mixes to be found only in this box, though in 2002 tracks B and D were included in the "Reformation" 3xCD box. However, all the extended mixes from this release were included on the 2010 remastered release. Runouts stamped.
