Plain white back cover. The runout on both sides show a stamped 'Circles and sticks' logo (for Artisan Sound Recorders), and a stamped 'ɑ' logo (for Allied Record Company). 'Siouxsie & The Banshees' on front sleeve but 'Siouxsie And The Banshees' on spine & labels.
