Fold out paper cover (with cut-up artwork and costs of the recording and pressing included) stapled to a plain white paper sleeve. The band logo and track titles were stamped onto the labels while the record was in the sleeve, with some overrun; removing the record reveals a fish-eye portrait of the band. Various colour ink pads were used including A-Side: Green B-Side: Blue and A-Side: Blue B-Side: Red - see images. 2500 copies made.
