Different versions: [r=150403]: 1st issue comes in a yellow die-cut sleeve with printed insert. [r=1813106]: 2nd issue comes in a blue die-cut sleeve with printed insert. [r=1813108]: 3rd issue comes in a grey die-cut sleeve with printed insert. [r=2687745]: 4th issue comes in a blue uncut sleeve. The runouts are etched (e.g. ''DID · 12 A3'') except for TOWNHOUSE which is stamped.
