<div>Limited edition promotional version sent to distributors, reps, and similarly-placed record industry personnel.<br /> <br /> White label black vinyl in a hand-assembled &#39;sleeve&#39; (actually an envelope-style card record mailer commonly found in the UK) mounted on the front of which is a fragment or fragments (each sleeve is different) of a broken 12&quot; record then further adorned with blue and orange paint.<br /> <br /> Also attached to the front inside a black pen border is a small square of photo-art identical to that found with the original release of , above which is the edition number (35 copies were produced).<br /> <br /> The back cover has a xeroxed group photo attached to it, alongside which are the signatures of Steven Stapleton, David Tibet, and Diana Rogerson.<br /> <br /> All other information on the sleeve is ink-stamped.
