Die-cut outer jacket with custom inner sleeve. Came either in a stickered outer poly bag or a stickered cover, identifying the album as well as that it was manufactured and marketed by Rough Trade's San Francisco location. Some copies are pressed on translucent vinyl that appears black but is really purple, brown, red, or green when held up to light.
