Includes printed inner sleeve. Original copies have a "dark green" sleeve and 4·A·D's address on the inner sleeve; [url=/release/8994053]re-release copies[/url] (1986) have a "black" sleeve and no address on the inner sleeve. Track durations are not printed on the release.
