Auto-coupled release. Record one has side A and side D. Record two has side B and side C. G 30954 appears on the front cover, on the spine and inside the cover. C 30955 appears on the side A and on side D labels. C 30956 appears on the side B and on side C labels. Printed in U.S.A. Housed in a gatefold sleeve. There is no specific USA promotional pressing, but some copies may have a radio timing sticker and/or gold promo stamping on the cover. Runouts are etched and stamped.
