Self-released & limited to 300 copies. White labels with a round sticker on one side and a stamped message on the other. Original inner sleeve is plain white with die-cut hole on one side, all 4 corners diagonally cut. Some copies came with an image pasted on the front cover. Also some of the copies with the image pasted on the front cover came with an insert. The insert was a page of a russian medical book which was signed with the M.B. logo.
