Blue Lines
The group were forced to change their name due to the outbreak of the Gulf War in 1991. They were briefly known as "[url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Massive+Attack?anv=Massive]Massive[/url]" and other versions of this album list them as this. Track A1, "Safe From Harm", contains a sample from [a35199]'s track "Stratus" released in 1973 from the album "[m=47675]" on label Atlantic. Track A4, "Be Thankful For What You've Got", is a cover of the [a146143] song of the same name. Track B2, "Daydreaming", contains multiple sampled parts from [a9051]'s track 'Mambo', released in 1984 from the album [r=399012] on label [l8377].
