[l=Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles] pressing denoted by ✼ stamp in runouts. 2-disc gatefold set, issued with custom printed inner-sleeves that include credits + additional artwork. Custom labels show John's face morphing into Yoko's. "Manufactured By Apple Records Inc." along bottom perimeters on all labels. Discs are marked Side One and Side Two on both (no Disc 1 or Disc 2) Comes with the following: 1- An 8 1/2 x 11 "Justice For John And Yoko Committee" immigration petition mailer, that states "In the belief that the stature of our nation in international opinion will be enhanced by the presence of John Lennon and Yoko Ono in America...." and has spaces for signatures and addresses. 2- 3 1/2" x 5" black & white Statue of Liberty/Sometime In New York City card (blank on the back) Earliest pressings have "John and Yoko forever Peace on earth and goodwill to all men '72" etched in the run-out on Side 1 and/or Side 2. C1 and C2 recorded live 15th Dec 1969 at The Lyceum, London at UNICEF benefit concert. Billy Preston's lost organ performance overdubbed by Nicky Hopkins. D1 to D4 recorded live at Fillmore East, New York on 6th June 1971 with The Mothers Of Invention. (P) 1972 The Gramophone Company Limited (on labels Record One) ✲ and Bell Sound are stamped in runouts, all other data is etched.
