Limited Edition LP with hand-silkscreened cover, labels and card insert. Card insert includes track information and credits printed in white over a photo printed in silver ink on a black background, and a drawing printed black on white from Duncan's dream notebooks. Side A ends in a locked groove. (C) & (P) 1983. The text of the card is as follows: ABOUT THE TRACKS: SIDE A RIOT is a mix of shortwave: computer program transmissions, military morse code, atmospheric interferences, random sounds. Scrambled. SIDE B HUNGRY is a description of the audience reaction to an event by Paul McCarthy at a Los Angeles art gallery in 1980; LAST WORDS is taken from a performance for Tengokuchiyushiya (Heaven's Afternoon Fix) at the outdoor amphitheater in Hibiya Koen, Tokyo, 8-83; YOIKA was first written in English. The translator wishes to remain anonymous. Produced by John Duncan and Takafumi Satoh. Recorded at Unomori, mixed at Our House Studio, Tokyo, and Satoh's living room.
