Plaster Falling
From Tapes 34 to 45, 1979-81 First edition with sleeves hand-dipped in plaster; most copies of which include a string to tear open the sleeve. Artist name, title and label hand-written in plaster. The cover concept is by the artist C V Mansoor and the albums were hand dipped in plaster by Mansoor and Bender in the artist's studio in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mansoor also designed and drew the record's label. With a small number of the albums collages, xerox art and Polaroid photographs by Mansoor or the artist Peter Huttinger were inserted into the record sleeves before they were sealed and dipped in plaster.
