Includes a double-sided 12" x 12" poster insert. Disc housed in a sleeve with lyrics. Select online retailers had copies for pre-order with an additional signed postcard. The signed bundle copies have a barcode sticker over the printed barcode (0 602455 409720). A limited number of copies were also available from the artist's store that had the cover sleeve signed.
