This reissue is unique because the rear sleeve doesn't have [l=EFA] distribution identifiers printed on it. The black vinyl labels have silver text and a boxed 'GEMA' at the top left. For the other release with black vinyl labels, that includes the EFA distribution identifiers on the rear sleeve, see: '[r=5821838]'. The title on the front and rear sleeve has been corrected ('ACCIDENTS' is plural). Also on the front sleeve both the band's name and the title are set against slim black graphic rectangles. See the first pressing of '[r=56081]', which has the the misprinted title on the front and rear sleeves ('ACCIDENT' is singular). Vinyl labels: "℗ © Last Chance Licensed through Au Go Go Records".
