Alternative Tentacles Records, 49-53 Kensington Gardens Square, London W2 4BA. Similar edition to [r=455883], however center labels show different pressing rings. Unlike [r=1704248] this pressing does not have the usual cue bands for separating the tracks visually. It's unclear if it came with a lyric insert sheet. Some copies came with an Alternative Tentacles label catalogue.
