Elvin Jones · 1968 · Vinyl-LP · US · A-88

1967–68 ABC repress. Black label with red perimeter ring and Impulse!/ABC Records joined color-band logo without ® trademarks, a style used only during the first ABC-era repress wave. Runouts include TSM (The Sound Makers), a contract pressing plant used by ABC beginning in 1967, along with stamped VAN GELDER, indicating reuse of the original 1965 RVG metal parts. Gatefold retains the original 1965 artwork and ABC-Paramount credit block. Tracks A1, A3, B3 & B4 recorded February 25, 1965. Tracks A2, A4, A5, B1 & B2 recorded February 23, 1965. Year assigned based on Impulse label and pressing chronology; exact repress dates were not documented.
