C1-C2 live at the X magazine benefit at Millennium Film workshop. March 11 1978 C3-C7 live at CBGB's July 23, 1978 D1,D3 and D7 live at Columbia University March 5, 1980 D2,D4-D6 from the Fiorrucci Tape, date unknown D8-D11 live at CBGB's during the final show on June 25th, 1982. All material transfered from the original source tapes whenever possible.
