Some compositional elements are in common on both releases (quite a lot) but are completely different recordings. One was intended to be the Yin to the other's Yang (according to David Tibet). This one was more of Tibet's show, and is why it is credited to: David Tibet & Steven Stapleton, whereas the other is Steven Stapleton & David Tibet.
