Made in England Issued with a 21 x 30 cm b&w "United Dairies Mail Order 1988" insert. Some copies issued with 14,5 x 21 cm b&w insert printed on one side only (track titles, credits). Another 14,5 x 21 cm b&w insert printed on both sides (Death In June/Sol Invictus Mailorder) also included to some copies. Durations are not mentioned on release.
