Early copies include a grey/light blue portfolio with four offset prints on rough paper by Peter Schmidt. Some copies came with a coupon from Polydor that could be filled out and returned when additional prints were made available. All text on runout is machine stamped, except for the messages "GONE BEFORE TO THAT UNKNOWN AND SILENT SHORE" / "ARCANE BENEFITS OF CREED", which are hand etched.
