Recorded at Nyack Sound Studio, N.Y. 18 October 1981. Borbetomagus appear courtesy of Agaric Records. Milo Fine appears courtesy of Shi Shih Wu Ai Records Special thanks to Kim McCroddan. The photography of Kowald and Honsinger on the back cover was taken from the LP [r1479341] and does not show Kowald and Honsinger but Kowald and Barre Phillips. Likely the credited photographer is - also - not correct. Borbetomagus let label owner Leo Feigin pick the material he wanted to release from a 3-hour session the group did in 1981. Unfortunately they were completely dissapointed by what he picked to release on "Industrial Strength", and they did an additional release drawn from the same session, [r=609834], out in 1985.
