Poème-Partition "X" side A: 22'50'' | side B: 19'00'' - February-October 1960. Recorded on October 16, 1960. - A few excerpts of the 1st and 4th movements were performed on November 22, 1960 at the Quatre Saisons Gallery, during the Festival of Avant-Garde. - On August 6, 1962 a reading of a number of fragments of the text was performed at 19 Quai Bourdon, Paris by Bernard Heidsieck, with a saxophone improvisation by [a=Larry Rivers]. Those present at the reading were [a=John Ashbery], [a=Renée Beslon], [a=Jean Degottex], [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/413738]Jean[/url] et [a=Lola Dupuy], [a=Antoine Esquilat], Gérald Gassiot-Talabot, [a=Françoise Janicot], [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/2168651]Eric Olivier[/url], Mrs. Larry Rivers, [a=Niki de Saint Phalle], [a=Jean Tinguely] and Yektai. The Reading was tape recorded. - The Heidsieck/Rivers recording was played on April 26, 1968 at Stockholm's Museum of Modern Art during Fylkingen's first Text-Sound Festival. released by Alga Marghen, '97, in an edition of 300 copies.
