All composed, mixed, recorded and designed at Studio MECCA Kyoto April - June 1996 using the sounds of the metal (Grey Disk), heartbeat (Red Disk), glow & fluorescent lamp (Luminous Disk) and water (Blue Disk) as source material. Thanks to Dr. Murashita, Dr. Kato, Koseisha, Zenko, Tokiko and Patrick. (C) 1996 G.R.O.S.S. GRD9606 (P) 1996 Self Abuse Records Hand-numbered limited edition of 1000 copies. Contains a 7"-size insert for each record as well as a generic one. Side D track title mentioned simply as "Part II" on both insert and label.
