Gatefold sleeve. Some original copies came with a yellow sticker on front sleeve: "Alice in Chains - Jar Of Flies / SAP - Specially Priced Limited Edition Double Mini Album on Coloured Vinyl" In France, original copies came with a black sticker: "Alice in Chains Double vinyl edition limitée Jar Of Flies SAP". Each disc housed in a printed inner sleeve. Tribal sun logo etched on the D-side. Track C5 is a bonus track. First catalogue number on the sleeve, second on the labels.
