Stres D. A. & U.B.R. & Odpadki Civilizacije was a collaborative experimental project from the Yugoslav underground music scene. The group released "Kaj Je Alternativa" in 1983 on the independent Galerija ŠKUC label, contributing to the emerging industrial and noise music movements in the region. The project represents the experimental attitudes and DIY ethos characteristic of the Slovenian and broader Yugoslav alternative music scene during the early 1980s.
