Possession was an experimental music project active in the early 1980s, releasing material through A-Mission Records. The project produced demo and rehearsal recordings alongside their 1984 LP debut, "The Thin, White Arms, Obtusely Angled At The Elbow, Methodically Dipping And Emerging." Operating within the underground experimental and industrial music landscape of the period, Possession exemplified the DIY aesthetic and sonic experimentation characteristic of early 1980s independent cassette culture.
