Jeff Central & Pat Grafik were an experimental noise and industrial project active in the early 1980s underground music scene. Operating primarily through the International Terrorist Network (I.T.N.) label, they released cassette-based work including Satanicstate (1983) and contributions to compilations like Stimulus & Response Vol. 1 (1985). Their output exemplifies the lo-fi, DIY aesthetic and confrontational approach characteristic of the nascent industrial and power electronics underground.
