Executive Slacks were an underground experimental and noise act active during the mid-1980s. The group released their debut LP "You Can't Hum When You're Dead" in 1984, establishing themselves within the avant-garde noise scene. A live cassette recording, "Can't Hum in Europe," documented their European performances in 1985 on the World Wide Terror Music label. Their work exemplified the darker, more abrasive tendencies of 1980s experimental music.
