Blinddarm was a German experimental and industrial noise project active during the mid-1980s underground music scene. The project emerged from the prolific Priapismus Records label, a key distributor of cassette-based experimental music during that era. Operating primarily through cassette releases, Blinddarm produced harsh, abrasive soundscapes characteristic of the post-industrial noise movement, with releases including "...Der Mensch Auf Dem Weg In Die Steckdose" (1984) and "Kaiserwalzer" (1985), both issued on Priapismus. The project's aesthetic and output were emblematic of the DIY cassette underground that thrived in 1980s Europe, particularly within German experimental circles. While documentation on Blinddarm remains limited, the project's contribution to the label's catalog reflects the broader experimental noise and dark ambient movements emerging from underground music networks of the period.
